We hired Michael and his team to convert our unfinished basement to 90% living space. Michael worked within our budget and timeline and was a great communicator and collaborator. He and his crew took care to always clean up, and when it came to drywall and finishing work his team earned high praise from our other contractors due to the quality of the work. Our electrician specifically said he had never seen better work even without the final coat of spackle and sanding.
We highly recommend Michael and Hock Eye Construction and would happily work with them again!

Good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. We fairly price each aspect of a project to the skill set demand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to tell my customers a little about myself and then fully listen to their ideas. Once I have your vision, I work very hard to produce the best work possible matching the budget. In some cases, I have come under budget and have made customers extremely satisfied
