First of all because you have a professionally trained owner of the company personally doing your service for you. After over 20 years of working with customers to resolve their pest issues it has gained me the confidence and skill level to provide customers with the service that they need and deserve. What I enjoy most about my job is being able to walk away after servicing a customers home or business with a feeling of accomplishment. I also like when I am referred to a new customer because of a satisfied customer.

James followed up with me few days after job was done. I informed him about one bee returned. He came back and treated that area. That bee never returned

Very reasonable for the amount of spraying he did ..he took his time and did a thorough inspection..others would have been in and out in 10 minutes..will definately use James again..

I have been meaning to leave a review for the service he did for me. I had a fruit fly problem and tried everything to stop them. He got rid of them with one treatment. Good price too! I would use him again but I hope I would never need to.

You have no choice but to go to ongoing training when you have a pesticide license. You need to maintain a certain amount of credits by going to classes to keep your licence. It's good because it keeps your memory fresh.
