This is an excellent cleaning company! They are extremely professional, communicative, and thorough. I will definitely be using them again. A former tenant at my family’s property left the kitchen and bathrooms absolutely disgusting, but they made everything spotless.

MKB Lux cleaning- I couldn’t be happier with the deep cleaning of my mother’s apartment! Every room was cleaned with incredible attention to detail, and the entire place smells so fresh and spotless. Very highly recommend Essence because she is exceptional, friendly, caring, professional, thorough, all around amazing and responds/communicates quickly, keeping you in the loop and understanding the whole experience from beginning to end! Wish I could have picked all 5 categories instead of just 3 that i liked about working with MKB. This cleaning service is that great and better than any I have ever worked with.
Even with short notice and a busy schedule, Essence was able to squeeze me in over the holiday weekend while my roommates were out of town. She spent around 4-5 hours deep cleaning the mess that is our apartment since my roommates almost never clean up after themselves in both the kitchen and bathroom. Yuck! I was charged a little more than was estimated once we did the walk through of this three-bedroom one bath apartment, but I was expecting that since it was really bad. Was personally embarrassed by the state of our home, and the best part was that Essence is such a wonderful person and she never batted an eye and did not seem judgmental at all.
She kept me informed throughout the cleaning process of what rooms she was working on. And once a room was cleaned, she asked that I checked it out to let her know if there was anything I saw that still needed to be done. The place was spotless! Of course, there were tiny spots where I still found cat hair and/or dust here and there after she left, but that doesn't even amount to a minor issue since no one on this planet could have cleaned any better ... NO ONE!
To my surprise because it was not anticipated in even my wildest dreams, Essence even washed and scrubbed down the pots, pans and dishes that my roommates left on the stove, which is the usual state of the apartment since I do not cook at all and still seek a way to tell them not to do that. When I praised her for that surprise, she said, if I see something that needs cleaned, I clean it. WOW! She definitely went above and beyond in all departments ... and then went the extra mile after that!
Additionally, it's important to note that the house we live in on the 3rd floor for over 16 years is about 100 years old since it was built in the 1920s, and I swear sometimes that some of the facilities in the apartment are even older. Our tub is the old type that's free standing with four legs propping it up off the floor, and our landlord isn't big on making renovations or updating things in the whole house for obvious reasons. Essence pulled through like the pro that she is and when done explained a few things that she tried very hard to clean like rust stains in the toilet and tub but was not able to remove completely. She really is a godsend, and I again cannot recommend her service any higher because how do you top perfection.
Thank you Essence and MKB! I will definitely be in touch again next year. Book her services for yourself and you will not be disappointed even in the slightest way!

I bought a home that had cats due to my allergies I needed to hire a move in cleaning company I found MkB she responded very quickly and they did a very thorough cleaning and she was very thorough with everything I was very impressed with them I am very pleased with their work I will be hiring them for my move out and I will be using them for a once a month cleaning service

All MKB staff undergo agency onboarding, including training on cultural competency and MKB Tools. MKB Tools teaches our process for cleaning, recognizing safety hazards, and professional communication/problem-solving.
