I rarely wear makeup, and when I do, I get overwhelmed and insecure. I didn't know where to go and decided to try Thumbtack mainly because of scheduling and flexibility. It's always stressful using apps and finding someone, and then the biggest thing trusting them and that whatever services you paid for not only get done but get done to your expectations. I am so happy not only did I use Thumbtack but also found Roma. She had great reviews and communication skills werr great from beginning to end. I talked to her beforehand and explained where I was going and that I rarely wore makeup and didn't really know that much about makeup but wanted a natural look more than anything. She took all that in and sent me pics of some ideas and a quote. I decided to go with it. The day came, and she unfortunately was running late due to traffic, but the fact that she called and informed me was HUGE and so appreciated. Roma was great, she saw I was nervous but explained every step and if I didn't like something or didn't quite understand what is meant she would show me and then remove some of the makeup and make it lighter to make me feel better. Even with running a little behind, she got it all done, and I loved it. The bridal shower I went to, I got so many compliments, and many of the women there who wear makeup a majority of every day said the blending of the foundation she did was amazing and so natural. Roma not only did a great job but, more importantly, made me feel amazing about myself. I definitely trust her and will be using her again for future events.

I absolutely loved having Roma do makeup for me and my bridesmaid on my big day! We had to start getting ready early, and Roma helped get everyone pumped up and excited putting on the perfect playlist! She listened to what everyone wanted, and delivered beautiful looks!
