- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Rutgers University, and I have practiced at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC as a cardiopulmonary exercise physiologist with years of experience in clinical settings. I’ve worked in cardiac rehab, conducting EKG monitoring, VO2 max testing, and individualized fitness programming for patients recovering from cardiac and pulmonary conditions. My background ensures I bring evidence-based practices and a high level of care to every session.
