About this pro

How does your service stand out?

I have a great relationship with all of my clients. From very early on they can see that I am extremely knowledgeable, very reliable and care about them on a personal level. Most of my business comes from referrals and in some instances I train three generations within the same family.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

Most of all I like the relationships that I have with my clients and seeing them achieve more than they thought they could. A close second would be that every day and session is different. One session I can be at a park with a client, the next in someones basement and the next at the basketball court.

I hired Richard to help my parents get in shape. They are in their 60's and not super active - but since they started working out with Richard, we kids have noticed a huge difference! More energy, discipline, and ability to play with all the grandkids. He is reliable, thoughtful, and caters his workouts to each individual customer - we can't recommend him more highly!

We have trained with Richard for over 4 years now. We must say that Richard is the only reason we are staying in shape! He has kept us motivated throughout all this time by providing a wide variety of exercises in different formats so we are never bored. Richard is very knowledgeable about tailoring a workout to particular health conditions or physical limitations. Finally, he has a very positive and reassuring demeanor and he makes every workout fun, even for the lazies like us. He is the best trainer you can possibly find!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The fitness industry from nutrition to fat loss, muscle development, sports performance and injury prevention/recovery is a science that continues to evolve. Continued education is extremely important for trainers that want to achieve the best results while maintaining the safety of their clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I can give you is to find a trainer based on how you feel with them on both a personal and professional level. Don't assume the best trainers charge the highest price for their services but also don't assume that the ten dollar trainer is going to offer the same value as a more experienced professional.
