- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard management fee is 10% of collected monthly rent, which covers full-service property management including tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance. We also offer promotions for new clients such as discounts on onboarding or first-month management. All fees are clearly outlined up front — no hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to learn about your property and goals. Next, we provide a customized management proposal and walk you through our agreement. Once signed, we handle onboarding, which includes tenant introductions, setting up rent collection, and ensuring compliance. From there, we provide ongoing updates and reporting so you always know how your property is performing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed New Jersey real estate brokerage with 20+ years of combined property management experience. Our team includes licensed real estate agents and a Broker of Record, trained in NJ real estate law, leasing, tenant relations, and Section 8 program requirements. We regularly complete continuing education to stay current with NJREC standards and fair housing regulations.
