- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the project scope, site conditions, access, labor, materials, equipment, and disposal requirements. We provide written proposals with clearly defined work so customers understand what is included. Our minimum project investment is generally $650 in East Brunswick and immediately surrounding areas, and $850 outside our local service area. Initial phone and photo reviews are complimentary. On-site consultations are $50 on weekdays and $100 on Sundays, credited toward the project when contracted within 15 days. We focus on providing long-term value, professional execution, and dependable service, not simply the lowest initial price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by reviewing the customer’s goals, project address, photos, approximate measurements, and preferred timeline. This helps us confirm whether the project is a good fit before scheduling a site consultation. During the consultation, we evaluate access, site conditions, drainage, materials, equipment requirements, and the complete scope of work. We then prepare a written proposal with the recommended solution, exclusions, payment schedule, and expected timeline. We require a 50% deposit to reserve the project on our production schedule. Throughout the work, our team provides progress updates, maintains an organized jobsite, and completes a final walkthrough with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience spans more than six years of hands-on residential and commercial project work throughout Central New Jersey. Our team receives ongoing training in jobsite safety, equipment operation, proper preparation, installation methods, quality control, and customer communication. We also work with qualified specialists and subcontractors when a project requires a specific licensed trade. ROJAS is insured, background checked, and committed to following applicable building codes, manufacturer requirements, and professional industry standards.
