- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just let me know exactly what it is that you’re looking for and how much you’re willing to pay each worker for their time. I ask a few questions to get the best understanding of what your expectations are and that’s pretty much it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every job I’ve ever had has been customer service related and I worked in a restaurant/sports bar for years. I also have already worked several events through Thumbtack!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine started working events through Thumbtack and asked me to tag along one time when he needed help. Long story short, we haven’t stopped working events together since. We sadly don’t have the same schedules though so I eventually ended up making my own account.
