We started using Abel when we bought our house, the previous owners had Jerry do work for them and he came highly recommended through our realtor. We have since had two other occasions to use him and we find he is prompt, reliable and reasonable. He is our go to guy for our electrical needs.

Jerry and Matt from ABEL enterprises did an excellent job remodeling our basement. They were efficient and professional. Prior to starting, they thoroughly reviewed the options for various aspects of our basement, taking into consideration the use of the space and cost. They had very creative ideas for how to best utilize our space. They kept the rest of the house clean and worked quietly. Jerry took time each morning to review the previous day's work and discuss what would be done that day. We would definitely recommend them to others!

I like to think Gerald for a job that should have been about 2 to 3 hours and it turned out to be a whole days work. My husband and i love the work that he has done with the lights out side our house.
thank you, for taking on the job.

Question and answer

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. The first thing I would ask is if the electrical contractor is licensed and has insurance. And if so, I would ask for a copy of the insurance to be sent from the insurance company. The second would be, if the electrical contractor has done this type of work before. Even if the contractor has not done the specified work before, the customer will now have expectations as to the outcome of the project and will ask more questions about the outcome of the finished work. The contractor and the customer will now know what is necessary to complete the project.
