I would absolutely recommend The Botanical Box to anyone getting married in their area! Deneise and Esther were absolutely amazing to work with and I cannot thank them enough for how beautiful they made our special day! They incorporated everything we had envisioned for our wedding day, from the lantern centerpieces to the stunning bouquet. Their customer service is absolutely impeccable and they make you feel a part of the process the entire time. It was so awesome to sit with Deneise and watch her mock up my beautiful bouquet a few weeks before the wedding! I loved working with Esther and Deneise for my June 24 2017 wedding! They were totally supportive and excited while working within my conservative budget. They took time to understand my vision and did an incredible job fulfilling it on the most special day of my life. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Sample pricing can be found on our website, but prices will vary with size and flower choices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once we are connected with a customer, we like to meet in person to begin to get to know each other better. We typically ask that the customer bring some images of ideas they have for their event. We will then offer some ideas of our own. We will then follow this meeting with a written proposal including sample pictures, types of flowers and costs. If a customer would like to book us, there is a 30% deposit required for booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are an educated and creative team. Together we have a background in art and business with first hand experience in a floral studio and in event floral design.
