SUPER responsive and very accommodating when it came to coming out for a return service! They did a very thorough job both times on our entire couch! Will definitely be using them again as both couch/carpeted stairs came out fantastic. Such a great feeling having our furniture look brand new, especially with a toddler! Thank you!! :)

I had an amazing experience with Poseidon Carpet & Tile Cleaning! Jake and Joe were absolutely fantastic—professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. They took their time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything looked perfect before they left.

These guys did a great job! There were stains on the carpeting I didnt think would ever come up but it looks like new. They worked really hard and cleaned 4 large area rugs and 500 sq ft of wall to wall carpeting in about 3 or 4 hours. Jake was really nice and walked me through all the best products and ways to care for our vintage area rugs between deep cleanings. I asked so many questions and he took his time answering all of them- highly recommend!

Outstanding service!!! Would definitely recommend!!! One of the few places I called that would treat hardwood floors. The couch and carpets look brand new. Like when I first moved in. They even accommodated my late working schedule. As a bonus I appreciated their punctuality, arrived exactly when they said they would. Both days!
