SUPER responsive and very accommodating when it came to coming out for a return service! They did a very thorough job both times on our entire couch! Will definitely be using them again as both couch/carpeted stairs came out fantastic. Such a great feeling having our furniture look brand new, especially with a toddler! Thank you!! :)

The two gentlemen were courteous, prompt, and professional! Great job on the family room carpet and getting out a tea stain on a very light rug.Would recommend them to anyone!

Had great experience with Poseidon today and wanted to give a local review. I called Poseidon, carpet cleaning after doing a Google search in my area. I was immediately met on the phone with a very pleasant young lady scheduled me for my services. Give me an idea based on what I told her of how much it would cost so there were no surprises. Immediately following the confirmation my appointment I received a text message from Jake one of the owners , Who introduced himself and confirmed the details of the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I had texted Jake and asked if he could come a little bit earlier because I had a meeting for work work and he was able to accommodateLet me tell you what I really liked about This company. There were no surprises when they got here. Jake really listen to me making Suggested that I do a pet protectant on my carpet because I had a new puppy. Jake made sure that I was good to go with my services before leaving. There were two workers which it turns out they are also involved in the business so this is not a franchise. So you are working with And supportinga local small business. The people working at your house are invested in their business so they want you to have a good experience. They were extremely respectful of my stuff. They were pleasant and they did a good and thorough job. I most highly recommend using them and I personally will use them again in the future.
