He pointed out details about my floors that other contractors had completely missed, including things that weren’t even necessary for the job. He could have easily charged me for them, but he didn’t. That level of integrity immediately put me at ease. Once I hired him, his crew showed up and the difference was night and day. William, the main point of contact, was just as professional, kind, and skilled as Garry. The entire team treated my home with such care and respect—it felt like they were working in their own house. They tackled a refinishing job on my red oak floors that many people had told me would be impossible. I desperately wanted to get rid of that dated 1990s orange glow and heavy high-gloss finish, but I was admittedly very nervous about how it would turn out. I didn’t need to worry. The results are beyond anything I could have imagined—easily 1,000 times better than my wildest dreams.
