- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so pricing depends on the flooring type, square footage, preparation, materials, and project details. We’re always ready to listen, understand our customers’ needs and budget, and do everything we reasonably can to find the best solution for their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by scheduling an in-person visit to understand the customer’s needs and measure the project area. We then help select the right material and color, discuss pricing, and set a start date. Once the work is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of hands-on experience in flooring. One of our owners holds a Certified Flooring Installer (CFI) certification in Resilient Commercial I. Our team brings that experience and training to every project, with careful floor preparation and quality installation.
