I love being able to take someone who has a strong desire to reach their goals and help them finally put the right 'pieces' together. Very few people get the satisfaction of having changed someone's body and also their confidence levels. It's also pretty great being able to wake up and not have to put on a suit and sit behind a desk all day. You get to move around, engage with some great people, train incredible athletes and make people's lives better.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
*Ask for qualifications and certifications. Look for NSCA-CPT, CSCS, NASM certified trainers. Many of the large gyms trainers have low to zero qualifications even though you will be told otherwise. *Make sure trainer/gym has testimonials from REAL people. *Make sure they offer a trial or guarantee, or preferably both.
