- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Standard pricing is fairly simple, an as follows : Above ground pool leak detection is $ 199 Inground liner or shell leak detection is $ 299 Pressure testing is $ 299 Package both shell and pipe leak detection $ 450 (save $148 ) Repairs are additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once a call is received information gathering is very crucial to us unlike other companies. This information gathering allows us to sell the service that is needed instead of a package therefor saving the customer money while fulfilling their needs. After arriving on site we will start out leak detection service that is needed after authorization. After a leak is found we will educate the customer on the leak, location, and possible additional fees to repair the leak(s). Follow up phone calls after a repair is made a week later to insure all issues have been satisfactorily repaired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Training and experience for all weather repairs underwater help us stand out from others. Either it be in the hot summer or the cold winder days we are able to dive in and repair that pool leak. Training from many years of experience has excelled us to one of the top and well known leak detection and repair companies in New Jersey. Not all Pool Leak Detection companies have the same equipment either. We have out own "Patent Pending" device that we have created that no other company has.
