I hired Ed Schilling to install a Google Nest Doorbell and to fix some lighting circuitry issues. Ed was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on getting the job done right. His help was incredibly valuable! He cared more about solving the problem than about payment. In fact, I had to insist that he accept it!

We are selling our house and had a list of things that needed to be done to prepare, including spackling, sanding, painting, roofing, window replacement, upgrading electrical outlets, switches, and light fixtures, etc. Every person we hired was horrible, each resulting in someone coming in to fix the previous person's mess. We saved the electrical work for last which was a mistake because it was the only thing that went perfectly. I think had we put it in the middle somewhere it would have been a break from all the headaches and a relief from the stress. I heard about 112 from a friend of mine that recommended them so we called them up and scheduled Ed to come in at a convenient time for us, which was a blessing considering the horror we had been dealing with. He was a super nice guy and very respectful. I prepped myself for something to go wrong but nothing did. He came, he did the work as quickly as possible without risking work quality, he was tidy, he charged us what I considered to be a more than fair price, and again he was such a nice guy. I'm not sure why I'm only allowed to pick three things I liked about working with him. I'd like to add professionalism and punctuality as well as a few things that aren't possible choices. I know I'm laying it on thick, but honestly with everything we've been through with this house, I can't adequately tell you how much I appreciated my experience with this company.
