Our goal is to maintain fair yet competitive pricing. We provide free in-person estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When engaging with a new client, we initiate with a phone call to understand their needs. After discussing the project's scope, we arrange a visit to collect all necessary details for an estimate, including measurements, materials, and machinery. Following this, we prepare our estimate and send it via email to the client. Upon agreement on the price and terms, we set a start date for the work. Our aim is to streamline the process from the initial call to the job's completion, ensuring it is seamless and satisfactory for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Regarding training, we possess over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with most of that time dedicated to hands-on learning and honing our skills in the field.
