Our HVAC system broke down during the heat wave and it was time to get it replaced. My wife and I looked around until we found Prestige. What we liked about prestige is the attention they gave us and the flexibility they had to work with us. I met with Shadi who came to inspect our unit - he's super cool guy and was easy to talk to. My wife then handled communications with the office and they were able available or got back to us reasonably quickly, which we liked. They weren't pushy sales people, they actually took the time to listen to our needs and gave the attention we needed through the heatwave. We then had Ahmad and Sebastian install our HVAC system. These guys were flawless! They did not cut corners. They got the job done and got it done well. We were highly impressed by their work ethic. I would highly recommend Prestige and would use them again in the future.

I recently had a complete A/C installation done at my home by Prestige Air, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience from start to finish.
Elliott, the master installer, and his team were exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. We did encounter a few minor issues during the process, but what impressed me most was how quickly and effectively they were resolved. It’s clear that this team takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction is a top priority.
I also want to extend a big thank you to the ladies in the office. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional every step of the way. Whether it was scheduling, follow-ups, or answering my questions, they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Top notch company & staff. From Paul who priced it out, to Tammie in the office, and Neil the tech that worked on my install/repair… Prestige lives up to the name across the board. I especially appreciated Neil not rushing the job & getting the pressures/readings he needed to guarantee this job would be “one & done.” The price was right too. Definitely recommend!

Nick and Sebastian did a great job. They were very nice, kept the house tidy as best as they could and explained things very well during the install. The heat pumps are working great and couldn't be happier.
