- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing. Our rates are typically based on an Hourly rate. Please note that travel fees apply for driving to and from a customers location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick consultation with one of the owners to understand your needs. Once we provide an estimate and you approve, we schedule the work. After the job is done, we do a final walkthrough with you to ensure satisfaction before taking payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 68 years of experience in the moving and logistics industry, our education is rooted in decades of hands-on expertise and multi-generational knowledge. To complement our history, our team of professional movers and packers regularly attends specialized moving seminars and training on modern packing techniques, safety protocols, and efficient loading strategies. We stay updated on the latest industry standards to ensure that every relocation—from fragile heirlooms to heavy equipment—is handled with the highest level of technical skill and care.
