We are an attorney's office that handles probate matters, including preparing properties for sale by an Estate or beneficiaries at their request. We were no longer pleased with the work our previous handyman had done, so we went on a search for someone new. Pete did an awesome job of replacing moldings, patching a few large holes in the sheet rock, including matching the texture of the existing wall, built out a door ledge that was a hazard, capped off ceiling fixture wires, etc. All the way around, he did a exceptional job. He was prompt, cleaned up when he was done each day, and scheduled his time to a "T" He is highly knowledgeable, his pricing was more than fair, and he completed the job on time, given the fact that we gave him a small window to get it done! We will continue to use Pete not only for other clients, but for our own office, also. Well done, Pete!

Came by did a measurement never heard back from him until I contacted. Told me he sent me an email decline job. Glad I did not use him

Type your response to this I did not merely ignore the job and walk away with no response. The fact that client failed to read the communication should not cast my professionalism in a negative light. The job, as indicated on thumbtack request, never presented a true picture and upon viewing the job, I determined that it was a two man project; i an a one man operation and this was conveyed to Mr Gorkin
