- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At The Detail Maven, we offer flexible pricing to accommodate a range of needs and budgets. Standard organizing services start at $50/hour with a 3-hour minimum. Larger projects—like basements, garages, or multi-room overhauls—may require additional organizers, billed hourly for each additional Organizer. We also offer curated flat-rate packages such as The Refresh (~$450), Full Home Reset (~$1,250), and The Ultimate Home Makeover (~$2,500). That said, we understand that every client’s situation is different, and we’re always willing to collaborate on a pricing structure that works for you. Whether that means tackling your space in phases or tailoring the scope to fit your budget, we pride ourselves on being inclusive, approachable, and solutions-focused. Our goal is to make high-quality Home Organization accessible to everyone—without the overwhelming pressure and huge price tag.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with a complimentary consultation (in-person or virtual) where we walk through your space, identify your biggest pain points, and discuss goals. I then develop a tailored plan and send you a formal proposal with scope, pricing, and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the session(s), arrive with the tools and supplies needed, and get to work! Decluttering, systemizing, and styling all happen in real-time, with your input at key decision points. Afterward, we offer maintenance tips and optional refresh sessions to help you stay organized long-term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My expertise has been developed over a decade of experience building businesses, leading teams, and creating order from chaos in both corporate and residential settings. Additionally, my Interior Design background allows me to go beyond organizing into styling and space planning, giving your home the polish and personality it deserves. Whether it's reorganizing your pantry or reimagining your living room layout, I’ve developed proven systems that deliver lasting transformations tailored to real life while blending beauty with functionality in every detail.
