It’s hard to even begin, but I would not recommend this company to anyone not to even fill in a pot hole. I dealt with Tom although he did come the day that he was supposed to. He left the driveway with pools of water in the start of the driveway, pushing water towards the middle of the driveway and the back of the driveway, pushing water to the middle of the driveway. It’s too bad that I can’t put videos on here so you can grasp the flow of the water. After I called them after a rain storm puddles everywhere three or 4 inches high. He did come back after me reminding him that I have it on camera telling me that I did not need drainage after I requested for him to put drainage and his response was “I was trying to save you money and I have 40 plus years of experience and that there was a problem on the property before. mind you the property was half paved, and I did not have puddles drainage went towards the street. My problem was that the other half was just rocks and grass so would have puddle up in that area. The purpose of paving the whole thing was to have the rest of the water going towards the street or away from the home. When he came back, he did pave over the section where the puddles were and still are but now he had directed all the water from the back half of the driveway to enter the area of the back of the house right into the basement door. It was almost like a waterfall pouring into there. The property has roughly 2000 ft.² and about 800 of it with rocks and grass parking area since why I wanted to pave it. Long story short, but I was left with is now the basement that flooded twice in the last two rain storms and a repair job that I was quoted $4000 to install drainage on the back of the house and excavating the backyard to fill with rocks. I do not like leaving bad news, but it’s just a warning to people thinking of hiring this company. I already had two cleanups done in the basement and had a purchase to take the water out of the basement into leave in front of the back door area try to keep the water out of the basement. He was the cheapest of the quotes but now I understand why. Do yourself a favor pay a little more and have professionals to your job properly. I’ve added the last pictures to show the flow of water and where the puddles are. They’re no longer three and 4 inches that are a good 2 inches hope to help someone else.

We can talk about it when we meet, nothing is written in stone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with them over the phone or text , I will get all of there info about the project, I will then go out and meet with them and talk over what it is they want done then explain everything there is to know about the project and give them a written bid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Did it all my life hands on taught from my grandfather and father lots and lots of experience there is nothing I don’t know how to do in the asphalt, concrete or brick business. I have worked for builders and developers for years and years.
