- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my prices are fair and I give them all costs up front before I start any work on their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer chooses me, I reach out to them to get a better idea of their situation. Once I have more information I will generate a quote for the service. I ask for cost of parts/materials upfront and labor once the service is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am compTIA A+ certified. I have over 10 years experience in the IT field. I have over 5 years experience with Home theater and TV Mounting experience.
