I decided to use thumbtack to check out contractors that I need for a demolition job. He has a high rating on his reviews so decided to get a quote from him and few others. He was very professional and responsive. He was very proactive on communicating and immediately checked out the site. Gave me a detailed quote of what needed to be done and it was on point. While other contractors ask me to call them. He did the demolition job well, cleaned the whole site after, and on time! While he was doing the job, he kept me updated on status through FaceTime. The settlement was so convenient, I paid him through Zelle - didn’t need to run around to pay contractors. Everything was just smooth. Highly recommended! I wish they are more contractors like him. It’s so hard dealing other contractors out there in GENERAL..

If you are reading this review and are considering hiring Mendez Hauling, don't think twice, just book him now. All I can say is Mike is the most professional and hardworking individual you will ever meet. I originally contacted him just to move some heavy mirrors to my new business. I sent him a message and got a response within a few minutes and this was in the middle of the night! I knew right away this was my guy! Long story short, moving some mirrors turned into moving my entire business to my new location and then demolishing every single wall in my old location. Let me add that we were pretty pressed for time as we had to vacate the old building ALL IN A MATTER OF 3 DAYS. This would have been a pretty impossible project for most companies but not only did Mike accomplish this within the crazy time constraints, but he did it with flying colors. He cleared everything out of my old building and cleaned up every last piece of trash. We were hit with so many obstacles but each time we did, Mike came up with a Plan B and reassured me he would finish the project in time. I don't think he slept a wink in those 3 days and did whatever he could to get the job done. His determination and his commitment to his job is something you rarely see these days. He is super responsive and answered my questions at all hours of the day/night. His pricing was fair and he will never try to rip you off. He thinks of ways to save you money and to do the project in the most cost effective way. You honestly won't find many companies out there like him anymore. Mike is the real deal. However, big or small your project is, just contact him. Mike is my life saver and I will forever be grateful to him!!!
