In the beginning, the process went smoothly. The project cost did increase due to issues that arose during the remodel, which I understand can be normal with renovation work. The bathroom was taken down to the studs, and additional work was required to correct walls that were not straight. Unfortunately, once the original completion date passed, the project seemed to become rushed. While the bathroom was ultimately completed, there were aspects of the workmanship and overall experience that left us disappointed. The quality of the work did not consistently reflect the time and cost invested in the project. Additionally, I have repeatedly requested a final invoice and have still not received one, despite the project being completed more than a month ago. Timely communication and proper documentation are important parts of any professional service, and this has been frustrating. While there were positive aspects to the project and some work we are satisfied with, the delays, rushed finish, and lack of follow-up have impacted our overall experience.
