Let me tell you, the amount of details and care Chelsea puts into your nutrition and checks in on me weekly to make any adjustments to my calories, protein, fiber intake, and water to make sure that when I hop into my next competition, my cutting phase doesn’t suck as much and cardio isn’t super high. Her reverse dieting protocol made me stay the same weight as my calories have been increased to a higher maintenance. She’s stern and to the point, but also an amazing coach that I could call a friend.
