Rob was a great person to deal with. Very responsive when I first contacted him and on every subsequent interaction. He came prepared with all the necessary tools and when faced with an unexpected obstacle, was very patient and took his time to make sure that everything was done right and without damaging anything. He also insisted on using his own parts and did not even ask to be reimbursed. I'm sure I'll be asking for his services again in the future.
