Great work so far! Nick has absolutely been the tip of the ship here, steering it towards success. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have business pricing available for logos, business or eCommerce websites, custom web development, PPC, SEO, software and app development . We require at least a 50% deposit to start the design process. We offer free project consultations along with a proposal (if required) before the process is started.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send online assessment forms and a questionnaire to gather all the important information about the business. Most importantly, we find out the needs and goals of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of experience in logos, business or eCommerce websites, custom web development, PPC, SEO, software and app development. We are always learning from the industry events, conferences, best practices, videos, articles along with the publications on the latest technology trends.
