- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and tailored to the scope of each project. We offer various packages to suit different needs, and occasionally provide discounts for bundled services, such as combining logo design with a full branding guide. We believe in transparency, so all fees are discussed upfront to ensure there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand your vision, goals, and design preferences. We then move into the concept development phase, where we present initial designs for feedback. Through a collaborative approach, we refine the design to meet your needs. We have now automated this process and are able to give our clients move value. Using brandalchemist.app our clients are able to generate a brand guide, including color palettes and fonts, to ensure consistency across all your materials. The then generate logo concepts based on this information. It is usually at this point we start the design process. Clients have found this process easier than traditional processes and they get a higher quality product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Directors have degrees in Fine Art and Design. With over 20 years of experience in design, we have honed our skills through formal education and continuous learning in both traditional and digital art forms.
