I hired Roc to install a smart thermostat for my boiler. He is extremely knowledgable and explained which thermostat to go with based on my set-up. He went above and beyond what I expected. Roc was very professional, came and diagnosed the cause of my heating issue very quickly. Clarified I didn't have to shell out $3,750 to re-plumb my boiler, only to just bleed the air out of the pipes. Dude's a life saver :)

Roc exceeded all expectations. We had a prior professional screw up a thermostat installation and needed another pro to salvage the project but also fix an issue which was created. Roc was able to solve all issues and install our thermostat all while educating us on our existing system and new thermostat. We were very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and transparency. Overall honest professional providing excellent service at a fair value. Excellent service! I reached out to Roc in a panic when a heating pipe in my basement began to leak badly. He responded right away and came out on short notice. He assessed the issue and was very honest. He provided me with various options to correct the issue and ultimately decided to replace the pipe. In the midst of repairing the pipe, one of my tenants needed repairs in her apartment (kitchen faucet and electrical outlet). He was flexible and agreed to repair these items as well. Throughout the process, he was punctual, responsive and performed top-quality work, all at a reasonable price. I will definitely use his service in future and recommend his service to everyone.
