Excellent service! I reached out to Roc in a panic when a heating pipe in my basement began to leak badly. He responded right away and came out on short notice. He assessed the issue and was very honest. He provided me with various options to correct the issue and ultimately decided to replace the pipe. In the midst of repairing the pipe, one of my tenants needed repairs in her apartment (kitchen faucet and electrical outlet). He was flexible and agreed to repair these items as well. Throughout the process, he was punctual, responsive and performed top-quality work, all at a reasonable price. I will definitely use his service in future and recommend his service to everyone.
