Contacted this professional to install outdoor security camera which I previously purchased. He immediately responded and scheduled an appointment. He gave instructions to charge the cameras the night before his arrival. Upon attempting to charge the cameras, I realized I was not satisfied with the system. I called this pro and cancelled the appointment. He was very understanding and told me to reach out if I need any assistance in the future. I found him to be professional and easy to work with. By the way, he provided an affordable quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
travel to their business or residence for a free assessment of the work to be done and provide a quote within 48 hours. Find the best way to fulfill their needs without selling something that they may not need. Complete the job and leave a window open for any changes that they may want within the next week.

Associates degree in Electronic Systems
Mastery in Milestone, Onssi, Keyscan, Honeywell and Brivo systems to name a few.
