- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and fair. Every estimate is detailed so customers understand exactly what they’re paying for labor, materials, and scope of work. We don’t believe in hidden fees. If unexpected conditions are discovered (like hidden structural damage), we discuss options and pricing with the homeowner before proceeding. Discounts may be available for bundled services or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site inspection to fully understand the project. After that, we provide a clear written estimate and explain the scope of work in detail. Once approved, we schedule the job, order materials, and keep the customer informed throughout the project. Communication and cleanliness are priorities until the job is completed and reviewed with the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in roofing, siding, and exterior construction. We follow manufacturer installation guidelines and local building codes, and we stay updated on best practices, materials, and safety standards. Quality workmanship and proper installation are always our focus.
