There was no backup plan for the customer before me whose move took way longer than it was supposed to. I was notified by text 2 minutes before their scheduled arrival time that they would be late. I called to check status an hour later and got a full voicemail box. Over 2.5 hrs past the scheduled time I received an update that they still had not completed loading the prior move. The person I spoke with is always kind. Unfortunately, kind doesn’t get the stuff on the truck. Hired another mover at the last minute.
