Amazing personal trainer! Super motivating , knowledgeable, and supportive. Every session is challenging but fun, and I’ve seen real progress in my strength and confidence. Highly recommend! He also does online sessions but he’s much better in person! Also helped with a better nutrition plan as well.

Very professional, Keeps me going after spinal surgery, when I wanted to give up.
