For starters, AU Tech was very responsive to my concerns. I let them know I thought I needed a new compressor, so they arrived prepared to replace it. After performing a thorough diagnostic, they discovered that my unit had the wrong compressor installed and that someone had altered the wiring to make it work. Rather than taking shortcuts, they explained the issue clearly, ordered the correct wiring and hardware, and completed the repair in a timely manner. I really appreciate the patience, professionalism, and honesty the AU Tech team demonstrated throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes the time to do the job right. I highly recommend AU Tech!

Finding a good technician is extremely difficult but I am so glad it was Anthony. He was super professional and very knowledgeable. I had issues with my fridge and he was very diligent and thorough in finding the root cause and fix as well as very fair with his pricing. I will highly recommend Anthony to everyone, really great service!
