Experienced unexpected frozen pipes earlier in February in which WaterDamage responded to quickly after water was shut off to the house. The basement was primarily affected and the laundry room washer & dryer had to be unplugged and moved so that the wet carpeting and walls had to be removed in order to get to the plumbing drain pipes. The vanity cabinet and sink were removed and discarded. The techs assigned to this incident spent a good part of the day removing and preparing the space for upcoming repairs and renovations for insurance adjuster to survey the damage for a estimated claim. The Company's work was done in very good time and they did a nice cleanup after they were done for the day. Their representatives spent a good deal of time checking on their work and also gave recommendations for a reliable contractor to survey and provide their estimates. I was kept updated to follow up on the insurance claim and their estimated cost coverage. I had many phone calls to make to even when their adjusters had been replaced 3 times. Keeping water damage updated on the insurance details was time consuming trying to reach the adjusters to follow up on when any claim funds were approved and sent to me so I can start reaching out to locate a contractor that would take on the project.2 out of 3 contractors responded by coming out to survey the situation but never responded back after I had waited almost 3 weeks but the one contractor that Water Damage recommended came by and spent a good amount of time walking thru and was very efficient and precise as to what he was able to do and offered better advice on what he recommends can be started sooner than other contractors.I wasn't aware of any other neighbors that experienced the same problem but if I did, I would have recommended WaterDamage to check out their situation because I find them to be reliable, efficient and pleasant to work with. They care about how things are going and call me to see if there is any problem that comes up. That shows that they care about the customer.I respect a company that provides the service you pay for instead of the run around we've all experienced at one time or anotherI give a "thumbs up" for using their service.
