Had a positive experience with this business, they came to my home and explained what they found and nature of work required.to fix the cracks in the foundation. Shannon was very accommodating when I explained I needed it done in a hurry and worked with me to get it done. The men that came to do the work were very professional they went over what had to be done and proceeded to work. The finished work was very good and tidy and they then cleaned up after. I would surely recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work.

What can I say about these guys, they are awesome! Saved our home from a foundation disaster. We had some structural issues in our basement that were compromising our home. They were able to reinforce our basement walls and beams to secure our home. They saved our home and we could not be more thankful!

I will be forever grateful to Basements Love Us to help with our waterproofing and mold issues. I knew nothing about these services and interviewed nine (9) organization. I made up excel sheets, asked a million questions and Basements Love Us was patient and knew what they were doing. The one recommendation that they made of the nine interviewed was to move my heater and a/c so they could waterproof the walls around those units. They also noticed that the plate underneath the equipment was cracked. All of the other eight were going to be a trench in front of the units. I need to mention that those walls around the heater and a/c were the worst of the damaged areas. Tom Kelly and Shannon were so patient with my calls and always answered or returned the calls in a very timely manner. They also walked us through the full procedure, what was going to be done, how long and what the finished work would be. In addition to Tom and Shannon, their full crew were great! If I was still working, these are the men I would hire for any job. Basements Love Us, you were incredible to work with and thank you for all you did to make this project successful.
