We reached out to discuss a mold inspection and test and the representative was argumentative about their rates and insulted other companies by stating "Unlike them, we do it right! We're licensed and professional. Our fee is our fee!" That was unnecessary and unprofessional. Consumers have the right to shop a job around and get price quotes and ask questions about what is included with any service. To be combative with a potential client is like burning a bridge that you haven't even had the pleasure of walking over yet. We'd never use them due to that representatives poor attitude. Be mindful of the tone you use with potential clients. This could have been handled with a lot more dignity and grace.

Thank you for your response. However, the accusations and assumptions are completely false against our company. Thumbtack specifically charged us for your information in which you were requested mold testing with a laboratory report. We immediately advised your our air quality testing fee which you quickly declined as for some reason you had thought there would not have been a charge involved. If you had originally requested a simple "inspection" yes we offer free estimates. However, again your initial contact request through Thumbtack clearly indicated mold testing with a laboratory report which we were charged for. It seems as if you were mismatched or expecting something different than actual mold testing which involves a certified inspector conducting air quality samples with an expensive piece of equipment that gets sent to an actual laboratory. Good luck in your search and perhaps Thumbtack should change your request form removing testing requests.

What can I say about this company, they are great all around and so easy to work with. Shannon was awesome with all of the scheduling and paperwork completion. Shawn and his guys were the best! They were super courteous and very very very clean which is a huge deal for me. They completed the job in a timely manner and addressed every issue we had in our basement from water damage to mold. They really are the best!

We had a house fire on March 8, 2022 that destroyed the two story colonial house in Blackwood, NJ that we had. Rebuilding was cost prohibitive and we bought a smaller cape cod in Bellmawr, NJ. It was in rough condition and needed work Becker Enterprise Group wound up doing about eight jobs for us as we were very happy with their work. We recently had their sister company, Basements Love Us, waterproof an area of our basement and recondition a wall that had experienced significant efflorescence over the years, which degrades the cinder block. The work by Basements Love Us was exemplary and in keeping with that of their sister company. I don't regret any of the work I had these two companies perform for us.
