Ray and his crew did a great job installing a new roof on our home. From when we called to schedule the appointment to when the job was finished everything was great. They were very informative- took pictures of the work before and after also during !!! we were very comfortable and would hire them again for anything that needs to be done with our home. It’s hard nowadays to find trustworthy people with work ethic!

They can answer requests in a timely fashion. After having been notified that Magic Improvement could come to evaluate the FOUR HOUSES on my block that were in need of brick repair and/or pointing, I sent 3 messages, beginning at about 3 pm yesterday afternoon (15 minutes after they reached out to me), asking that someone come to my house at 9 am today to begin evaluating the projects. I also asked that they call to confirm they would be here. When I heard nothing back I telephoned and left a message reiterating my request, which was based, I said, on the fact that I had a 12 pm appointment. By this morning there were no responses to my written messages, and finally, at about 9:30 (a half-hour AFTER the time I'd requested), someone called to tell me that they don't set appointment times, only windows. I fail to understand why they couldn't have reached out to me yesterday, or even last night. Moreover, when one considers the fact that the trip here might have resulted in FOUR contracts for services, I'd have thought the company would have made an effort to accommodate us in this case. I told them that I was no longer interested. When a company cares so little about communicating with 4 potential customers, how can I be expected to believe their work ethics would be any better once they were hired to do a job? Oh, and by the way - when I told the person who called that I was no longer interested, she didn't care in the least. Mary W.

After several no show appointments someone finally showed up to give me an estimate for siding repair. I hired them on the spot. Then I tried for almost a week to get in touch with their scheduler ‘Liz’ who never responded to my messages. She finally did and told me they were too busy. They left me in a terrible bind after a death in the family and needing to get a house on the market. Terrible customer service.

They came and gave me a quote for a simple side fix $350 and never bothered to follow up after repeated messages. I’m not sure what their business model is, but based on the reviewers, they seem to be very “selective” on who they choose to do work. I would not recommend.
