I’m a certified personal trainer based in Paramus, New Jersey, with experience training clients of all ages — from 16 to 85. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, strength, and balance training, creating personalized workouts tailored to each client’s goals and fitness level. I offer in-home training, where I come to you, in North Jersey mainly Bergen county, and in gym training as well at a gym based in Paramus NJ. For in home training equipment is required and the program will be based off of what you have. Alex is great with clients of various ages. He’s friendly, motivated, and really wants his clients to love working out. He’s mindful of any pre-existing injuries and pushes clients beyond what they think they’re capable of. Working out with Alex gives you a sense of accomplishment in addition to the expected increase in muscle strength.

For the last few months, I have been training with Personal Trainer Alex. Alex has been working with me to help with balance, core strengthening & some upper body exercises. Since I began training with Alex, I observed how he takes an interest in the person he is training & makes sure that each exercise is done correctly. I feel that exercising twice a week with Alex has helped me to feel better & to have more confidence, especially when walking. I highly recommend Alex as a Personal Trainer. You won’t be disappointed.

I signed up for at home training with Alex, where he would come to my house and it was a very successful 6 months. He taught me basic form first and then we began increasing the weight, which is amazing for someone like me who has had their fair share of injuries in the past. Alex was professional and has an amazing personality; we had a great time and I learned more than I thought I could in an hour. Highly recommend!

I worked with Alex for 4 months and it was the best decision I made fitness wise in my life. He helped me lose just under 20 pounds and increase my bench press whilst perfecting my form. It was always a goal of mine to bench press heavy while being able to be lean and he made that come true I 100% recommend training with Alex.

He didn’t just tell me what to do, he explained why I was doing it. I’ve learned how to move with proper form, train more efficiently, and actually enjoy working out. What stands out most is the balance he strikes: super friendly and approachable, but always professional.
