Who are the Brown Brothers? Bringing real barbeque to New Jersey. The Brown Brothers are Joe and Paul Brown. Brought up in New Jersey, and born in New York, we have limited exposure to real barbeque, to say the least. As we grew up and started cooking, food became a passion for the two of us. Joe is a web developer who has a passion for good food and Paul has more than ten years of experience working in restaurants. Five years in the making: 5 years ago, we constructed a fire pit and started utilizing it to cook. We were so impressed by the flavors we achieved from cooking over a wood fire, that we immediately fell in love with smoking meats. After hours of research on smoking techniques, barbecue sauces, and barbecue rubs, as well as hours working the pit, we have food that we want to share with the world. Bringing real barbeque to New Jersey: Our goal as New Jersey barbecue caterers is to offer New Jersey people a taste of how real old fashion barbecue is done. All of our recipes are homemade and our food is smoked at home. We put many hours into our recipes, and we wish to share our barbecue with you.
