- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and competitive pricing for the services to every customer or client. The first step is to establish a communication to ask and understand the issue, with the acquired information; we can estimate the cost of labor in relation to the issue/project. Before any work is started, I will present various options depending on the problem/project, to make sure it stays in line with your budget/affordability. We offer free consultation for computer repairs and virus/malware checks
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are customer focused; we treat every customer with respect, understanding and dignity. The First (1) process is to converse with the customer, so to understand the issue/problem. The Second (2) process is to provide the costs and options for the service to help to reduce cost. The Third (3) process is to start and get the job done for the customer, making sure they are happy. The final Fourth (4) process is to follow up immediately with the client with advices or steps to follow to prevent future failure/problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have BS in Information Technology and have further training from a technical institute. We both have certification in A+, Microsoft Professional, Network+ and several years of experience in IT work.
