FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple, fair, and transparent. No hidden fees, no surprises. Every job starts with a proper diagnostic — we find the real problem first, then give you clear pricing and options before doing any work. You decide what makes sense. We focus on fixing the issue right the first time, so you don’t waste money on temporary fixes or unnecessary repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple, clear, and stress-free from start to finish. Initial contact – You reach out with your issue (no cooling, no heat, strange noises, etc.), and we schedule a convenient time — often same or next day. On-site diagnostic – We inspect your system thoroughly to identify the real cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. Clear explanation & options – We explain what’s going on in simple terms and provide upfront pricing before any work begins. Repair or service – Once approved, we complete the work efficiently and cleanly, using proper methods and quality parts. Final check & recommendations – We test the system, make sure everything runs correctly, and give practical advice to prevent future issues. Our goal is to make the entire experience smooth, honest, and hassle-free — with results you can rely on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have formal HVAC training along with industry certifications and hands-on field experience. • EPA Certification (Universal) – qualified to handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with regulations • Graduate of Lincoln Tech (HVAC program) – technical training in heating, cooling, and system diagnostics • OSHA Safety Training – trained in jobsite safety and proper work practices At Air Climate Group, all work is performed with a strong focus on proper diagnostics, system understanding, and long-term reliability — not just quick fixes.
