FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe quality work should never feel overpriced — it should feel worth every dollar. Our pricing reflects skilled craftsmanship, reliable communication, attention to detail, and a job done right the first time. We don’t cut corners, rush projects, or disappear once the work begins. When you hire us, you’re paying for professionalism, experience, clean workmanship, and peace of mind. We treat every project like it’s being built for our own family, whether it’s a small repair or a full custom build. There are always cheaper options — but cheap work usually becomes expensive later. Our customers choose us because they want honesty, reliability, and results they can be proud of for years to come. If you’re looking for someone who shows up, stands behind their work, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about the finished product, you’re in the right place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and designed to make the entire experience stress-free from start to finish. We begin by discussing your vision, needs, budget, and timeline to make sure we fully understand the project before any work begins. From there, we provide clear communication, honest recommendations, and a detailed plan so there are no surprises along the way. Once the project is scheduled, we show up when we say we will, keep the job site clean and organized, and keep you updated throughout each phase of the work. We believe customers should never feel left in the dark during a project. Our goal is not just to complete the job — it’s to deliver quality craftsmanship, a smooth experience, and a final result you’re genuinely excited about. We take pride in building long-term relationships with our customers, and a large portion of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals because of the way we treat people and the quality we deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in this field is primarily hands-on and trade-based. I learned through real jobsite experience, working alongside experienced builders and contractors on residential construction and home improvement projects. Over time, I developed practical knowledge in areas like framing, decking, concrete work, and general structural repairs. Along with field experience, I’ve continued learning through manufacturer guidelines, building code requirements, and best practices as they apply to each project. Most of my education comes from doing the work, solving real problems on-site, and improving with every job.
