Hiring from Thumbtack has always been hit or miss. Unfortunately, it’s been more miss than hit. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but not with these guys. I hired GSWC to pressure wash my 2500 SF house, a 400 SF pool house, 2 pergolas, 1500 SF of pavers, 1200 SF of concrete, 90 LF of retaining walls, and clean 22 windows, including the tracks and screens. I posted the job on a Sunday, and Horacio came by that same day, to look at the job, to give me an accurate quote. This showed me his work ethic off the bat. I received 5 quotes in 2 days, and only 2 came out to see the house. The price difference I was getting from other contractors was insane. As busy a guy as Horacio is, he was very communicative. He answered my calls and texts in a timely manner. He was not cheaper than the others, but he was also not the most expensive. I eventually hired Horacio because I value responsiveness and communications, traits that typically go hand in hand with quality and hard work. I mean, Horacio and his assitant Patrick worked their ass off. Their attention to detail was on point. The job was not easy, by any means, and they did not take any short cuts whatsoever. They both were friendly and personable. Come to find out we even had mutual friends. Hire GSWC, you will truly get what you pay for....honesty, integrity, as cliche as it sounds, it is the truth. Quality work, at a fair price. They will not disappoint. All in all, my wife and I were was truly impressed. Guys like Horacio are few and far between. We wish him all the best.

Garden State Window Cleaning provided great customer service and a quality job at a reasonable price. After arriving at our home, Horatio noticed that our gutters, as well as our windows, needed cleaning and offered to clean them for an additional reasonable fee. It had been a while since the gutters had been cleaned, and I believe it turned out to be a bigger job than he had expected, but Horatio and his assistant still did it well, and for the price originally quoted. And did I mention that the windows really sparkle? I am a very satisfied customer.

They did a really great job and they are very nice! We just moved in to 100 year old house this year and have been redoing a lot! The windows are in good condition but at least 10-15 years old. I wish I had taken before pictures because they almost look brand new. They were very professional and wore masks and shoe covers as to keep everything very clean. He was even very honest in saying he didn’t have to clean some of the screens since they weren’t too dirty. In a wind storm I had a piece of flashing blow off the house and he even put that back on for me without a problem. I would for sure have them back anytime and now that I know they do gutters too, that will probably be my next project!
