Came home to a cold house at 7 PM. Called left message on machine. 6:45 AM call received and at house at 7:15 AM. Issue diagnosed. Parts ordered and returned at 1:30 PM. Up and running at 3:30 pm. Great service and prompt. All this on one of the coldest days of the year when many calls came in. Always have dine right by me.

My with experience K cool and heating couldn't have been better. After getting a few estimates to replace my HVAC system, I called K cool and heating for an estimate. Eric was at our house within a day. He was polite, respectful, and professional. Eric listened to my concerns and offered a solution that would work perfectly for my house. He even provided his personal cell number in the event we had any follow up questions or concerns. These guys take pride in their work. We were able to get our new furnace, A/C and thermostat installed shortly after the estimate. They did a terrific job with the installation and paid attention to every detail, which we appreciated. They removed the old equipment, swept the floor and made certain we were satisfied prior to leaving. We are happy customers for a job well done!
