- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge between $50 - $70 per hour depending upon the complexity and turn around time of the work. Logos are $500 which includes a free consultation and research on your competitors to see what would be necessary to achieve your individual brand identity. I offer 3 different designs to select from and up to 3 revisions or tweaks to have you satisfied with the results. You will be provided different file formats such as .jpg, .eps and .pdf for printing and web purposes. A downpayment of $150 is due upon initiation of the job and the remainder is due upon completion of the logos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Business is done through Thumbtack, e-mail, phone, or we can meet in a diner. Thumbtack works well with attaching files and this also creates a perfect e-mail trail. I offer a free consultation.
