Hired Spiffy cleaning to do a post construction cleaning on our renovation home. After speaking to the owner she reassured me that they did this type of service. Their cleaning crew of 3 men came to the house, but did a terrible job. When I came back to see how the cleaning went there was still dirt and debris all over my floors. Parts of the house werent even cleaned. Windows were still dirty and light fixtures were not dusted. When I called the owner was very apologetic and had her husband come out the next day to finish the job. When I came back to see how he did to my surprise the house was still a complete disaster. when I asked for a refund she only gave me 1/3 of the money back. I had to hire child care for my newborn to go to the house and clean the rooms that we had furniture being delivered the next day myself. I now had to hire another cleaning company to come out and do the rest of the house the right way. That cleaning company even told me that these guys dont even know what theyre doing and should have never agreed to a post construction cleaning. I dont know how this company does for regular home cleanings, but do not trust this company to do post construction cleaning because they are not capable of doing it the right way.

Very disappointing! I hired them to clean my house that I was moving into. At first it passed the eye test since everything looked dusted properly and corners were free from debris.When I took my socks off, thats when I noticed there was a problem with the floors. It was still sticky from past grime. I ended up mopping the floors myself; I went through an entire box of Swiffers before buying a mop to do it again. Thats how dirty it was and photo attached to give you an idea.The countertops still had crumbs left on them, top shelves of cabinets were not wiped, doors still had stains from the previous occupants. Refrigerators smells strongly of bleach, which is concerning. Had to wipe that down a few times to dilute the smell since I dont know if this is harmful to the food Ill feed my young children.Overall, when I paid $575 + $80 tip for a cleaning service, I expected the house to be as clean as an Airbnb. I can give them the benefit of doubt for countertop, shelves, and doors, but I just cant overlook how dirty the floors were.The subcontractor who did the cleaning offered to come back to do it, but by that time, I had already cleaned it and lost confidence in her ability. She was very nice and communicative so nothing against her personally. Im just very disappointed in Spiffy falling way short on their advertisement.
