Introduction: Anyone can call themselves a "life coach" and many people are not certified. However, I have gone through rigorous training from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, which is one of the leading coach training organizations sanctioned by the International Coach Federation. I've held my certification since 2011 and I'm an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. I approach each of my coaching engagements completely uniquely and make sure to tailor the coaching experience to each one of my clients. I LOVE working with people who want to change their lives and understand the importance and the value of having a personal coach. We hire sports coaches for our kids to improve their athletic ability. Why shouldn't we hire a coach for ourselves to improve our LIFE ability?

I helped a wonderful client find a top-of-the-line job with a Fortune 100 company in the Chemicals industry straight out of his Master's program.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are investing in a CERTIFIED coach, not just anyone who calls themselves a coach. Ask them for testimonials. Always "try your coach on for size" and make sure to ask for a 30 minute introductory call. A good coach will want to make sure that it's a good fit for both you and them.
