Since the first conversation with Tim I knew that BlackTree Properties is the property management company I've been looking for. He had answered all my calls and responded to all my concerns in a very timely and professional manner. Within the first few days he had straighten up a major repair problem I had with the propery, which was a huge relief for me. I am really looking forward to working with Tim and BlackTree Properties.

I wish I knew Tim and his company earlier. He is very professional and friendly. Even before I fully committed to use his company's service, he was willing to send his handyman for a small fix for my property. BlackTree's website is very impressive. Contract, payment, service request and ledger can all be tracked online. I am now using his company to manage my property. Thanks!

I am an attorney with a heavy landlord-tenant practice and have many clients who are property owners/managers. I have yet to come across a more effective, efficient, organized, and responsible property management company than BlackTree. I recommend them to all of my landlords.
